The IT Support sector is one of the most critical foundations of today’s digital economy. Organisations across every industry rely on skilled professionals to keep their systems running smoothly.
Our funded Skills Bootcamp in IT Technician (IT Support Pathway) is your opportunity to gain job-ready skills. Whether you’re starting fresh or seeking to reskill, this 10-week intensive programme provides the knowledge and practical experience required to launch a career in IT support.
You’ll learn by doing: diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across hardware, networks, software, and mobile devices. The programme is designed to prepare you for entry-level IT support roles and the CompTIA A+ Core 1 & Core 2 certifications.
With guidance from industry-experienced instructors, hands-on labs, and career coaching, you’ll graduate ready for the workplace with a guaranteed employer interview upon completion.

How does it work?
Check your Eligibility
To be eligible for programme, you need to fulfil these requirements:- Candidates must be 19+ (as of the 31st of August 2024)
- You live in Buckinghamshire and have the legal right to live and work in the UK
- You are interested in a career in technology and are able to demonstrate the same
- You are available and ok to undergo training for 10 consecutive weeks
- You possess computing equipment and steady internet connection to undergo the training
What skills will you learn during the 10 weeks?
Week 1 – Week 3
Core computing concepts & troubleshooting methods. Computer devices, internal components & storage types. Basics of networking and virtualisation.
Week 4 – Week 6
Installing & configuring hardware and peripherals. SOHO network setup and protocols. Hardware & network troubleshooting techniques.
Week 7 – Week 9
Supporting mobile devices & operating systems. Installing and managing common applications. Basics of AI in IT support. Cloud computing models: IaaS, SaaS, PaaS. Mock exams aligned to CompTIA A+ Core 1 & 2.
Week 10
Emphasises technical documentation, incident response simulation, and effective communication in roles. The final in-person week is focused on CV preparation, job search strategies, mock interviews, and workplace-readiness training.

UK residents aged 19+ who are eligible to work in the UK and committed to learning digital skills.
This is a hybrid programme online learning is supported by a final in-person training week in Buckinghamshire
Your application was rejected as you have not met one of our programmes criteria’s OR not scored the minimum number of points on a test in the application cycle. Please ensure that you review the eligibility criteria on the Programme page. Common reasons for why you may have been rejected are because on the application you have selected an option that means you:
• Do not live in the area
• Will be in full-time education or training at the start of the programme
• Do not have the right to live and work in the UK
• Are not available for the full duration of the programme
• Are not able to start a job straight after the programme is complete
• Did not score the minimum number of points on one of our tests/tasks to move onto the next stage
Unfortunately, as of now this programme is only for individuals who can legally work in the UK
After you have successfully completed our training, we provide placement assistance by helping schedule interview(s) with hiring employer(s)
