This has been great training for someone without a lot of knowledge and experience in IT. The presenter and the teachers have been great and have taught me a lot about cloud computing. They have been very approachable and supportive throughout the 12 week AWS restart journey. I now look forward to continue my journey in the AWS cloud and start a long career in AWS cloud. I look to continue my learning to attain further certifications with AWS to contribute to ever growing cloud services offer by Amazon.

Joining AWS reStart program was a major stepping stone for me to explore more option on cloud technology, and the curriculum of this program is designed for providing basic knowledge required to kick start our career in AWS. We had instructor-led virtual classroom training, the best part of training was each individual was given opportunity to participate and be more interactive in during the class sessions, and the instructor was able to explain the concepts in simpler terms so that even a non-technical individual can catch up and understand the concepts.

It has impacted my future positively in the sense that I have a clear career path. Initially, I didn't know what path to pursue, didn't know what job roles to apply for, what certifications to do. Now, I'm not applying to random jobs anymore, It has given me the confidence boost that I need and prepared me for the future. It has helped polish my soft and hard skills. I'm so excited to start a career in cloud computing, who wouldn't be? it's the future of IT, a lot of organizations are either migrating to the cloud or using hybrid cloud and I want to be part of the people that make that change.

It was challenging and inspiring at the same time. I have learned to do things I never imagined I could be able to do, like creating and managing cloud resources from the command line. I believe the labs add a valuable portion of practical exercises and are an immersive way of learning. I feel inspired to pursue a career in the cloud. This program helped me to see IT from a different perspective and now I can already use many new skills. In a difficult time like this, we are facing, the training gives me hope to pursue jobs I would not consider before.

I made a little bit of digging before and I saw there's lots of job opportunities when it comes to cloud computing: Haven't you heard? - Everything is moving into the cloud And personally, IT has been a hobby of mine for quite some time. I had some coding experience from school and I build computers in my spare time. So. I said - why not give it a try' Throughout the program you'll be guided by different tutors and you'll have access to many resources, including Amazon's Canvas online learning platform but also hands-on labs, assignments, practice tests and interview preparation.
