About the Programme
“Championing Sustainability in the Workplace” is a 6-week hybrid course designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become a sustainability advocate in your organisation and community.
This fully funded programme, delivered by Primed Talent and supported by the London Borough of Newham, blends classroom learning, interactive workshops, and real-world projects. It goes beyond theory, focusing on practical applications of sustainability that are relevant to both the public and private sectors.
By the end of the programme, you’ll be equipped not only with a certificate of completion but also with the confidence, tools, and pathways to pursue roles in sustainability, whether in local government, community organisations, or forward-thinking businesses.

To be eligible for the programme, you must meet the following requirements:- Be 18 years or older
- Have the legal right to live and work in the UK
- Be currently unemployed, underemployed, or seeking a career change
- Be motivated and committed to completing the full 6-week programme
- Have basic digital literacy skills (e.g., using a computer, browsing the internet)
- Access to a computer or Wi-Fi is required

Sustainable procurement and supply chains, Waste management and circular economy in councils and Energy efficiency and decarbonisation in public buildings
Carbon Footprint Reduction and Energy Management
