Learning is also aligned with PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation (Version 7).

No. Previous leadership or management experience is not required. The programme is suitable for both existing managers and individuals aspiring to move into leadership or supervisory positions.

The programme combines 9 weeks of remote learning with an in-person Week 10 focused on Employability Readiness and Employer Connect.

Remote learning includes instructor-led workshops, collaborative learning, workplace simulations, practical activities, reflective practice and employer case studies. Week 10 provides practical employability preparation and opportunities for employer engagement.

During the in-person element of the programme, you’ll develop your CV, optimise your LinkedIn profile, strengthen your personal brand and career plan, participate in mock interviews and assessment centre activities, engage with employers and explore recruitment and progression opportunities.

No. You will not need to purchase any mandatory software licences or subscriptions to complete the programme. The Skills Bootcamp uses open-source or freely available technologies and free tiers of selected digital, cloud and AI platforms where appropriate. Paid plans may offer additional features, but they are not required to successfully complete the programme.

PRINCE2 is the project management method used as the certification alignment for the programme.

Learning is aligned with PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation (Version 7). You’ll progressively develop your understanding of its principles, practices, processes, roles and responsibilities, people considerations, project performance and tailoring.

PRINCE2 preparation is integrated throughout the programme through terminology checks, quizzes, scenario questions, revision checkpoints and mock-test activities.
