The programme combines 9 weeks of remote learning with an in-person Week 10 focused on Employability Readiness and Employer Connect.

Remote learning includes instructor-led workshops, collaborative learning, workplace simulations, practical activities, reflective practice and employer case studies. Week 10 provides practical employability preparation and opportunities for employer engagement.

You’ll begin with leadership and management fundamentals before progressing through communication, people management, performance, operational planning, project leadership, organisational change and continuous improvement.
