About the Programme

Are you ready to apply Artificial Intelligence in real business environments, not just talk about it?

The Fully Funded Applied AI for Business Transformation Skills Bootcamp is a programme that equips learners with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to support AI-enabled business transformation within organisations. Referencing the Skills England Occupational Standard OCC0117 – Digital Business Analyst (Level 4), the programme combines Artificial Intelligence, Business Analysis, data analysis, process improvement and intelligent automation to prepare learners for the modern digital workplace.

Unlike many AI courses that focus primarily on coding or technical development, this programme focuses on the practical application of AI within business environments. You’ll learn how to investigate business needs, analyse processes and organisational data, identify opportunities for AI adoption, gather stakeholder requirements, support automation initiatives and develop business-focused recommendations that drive meaningful organisational change.

Throughout the programme, you’ll gain practical experience using industry-recognised AI and productivity tools, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and Claude. These tools are integrated into realistic business scenarios, helping you build confidence in using AI to improve productivity, support decision-making, generate insights and enhance workplace efficiency.

The programme concludes with a practical Capstone Project, where you’ll apply everything you’ve learned to develop and present an AI-enabled business transformation proposal. This project demonstrates your ability to analyse business challenges, evaluate AI opportunities and produce structured recommendations that align with organisational objectives.

Alongside technical learning, the programme embeds Employability Skills, Safeguarding and Prevent, supporting your wider professional development and helping you communicate AI value confidently, apply responsible AI practices and contribute effectively to digital transformation initiatives.
