The Career Elevation – Foundations Masterclass is a fully funded, foundational course in Gloucestershire, funded by Gloucestershire County Council and supported by Adult Education in Gloucestershire.
Delivered over four weeks, the programme combines foundational professional development with practical workplace communication, job-search strategies, CV writing, job applications, interview preparation and career planning.
Throughout the programme, you will identify your personal strengths, build professional confidence, improve your communication skills and develop a better understanding of workplace expectations.
The course also integrates important foundation skills, including Safeguarding & Prevent, ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), and Math for Life, helping you develop practical skills that can support you in the workplace and everyday life.
By the end of the programme, you will have developed greater confidence, stronger employability skills and a clearer understanding of the steps you can take towards employment and future career progression.
